At The Watch District, our watches are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and movement defects.

What Our Warranty Covers

The warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Movement defects
• Failure of the watch movement resulting from a manufacturing defect under normal use
• Water or moisture damage

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

• Scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damage
• Broken or cracked glass
  
• Damage to the strap or bracelet caused by use
• Damage to the buckle or clasp caused by use
• Accidental damage
• Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications
• Normal wear and tear

Warranty Claims

If you experience an issue covered by the warranty, please contact The Watch District with your order details and a description of the issue.

The watch may be inspected to determine whether the issue is covered by the warranty.

If the issue is confirmed to be a covered manufacturing or movement defect, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with our warranty policy.
