Refund policy

At The Watch District, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange your watch, you may contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
• The watch must be unused, unworn, and in brand-new condition.
• The watch must not have scratches, marks, damage, or other signs of use.
• The original packaging, tags, and included accessories must be returned with the watch.
• The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Return & Exchange Shipping

For a return or exchange due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the applicable return or exchange shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or other resolution.

Inspection of Returned Products

All returned or exchanged products will be inspected upon arrival. If the watch does not meet the conditions stated above, the return or exchange may not be accepted.
