Orders

After you place an order, we may contact you to confirm the order and delivery information.

An order is considered confirmed once it has been verified by The Watch District.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in cases including incorrect information, suspected fraudulent activity, product unavailability, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for orders within Egypt.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information and being available to receive their orders.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout Egypt.

The standard shipping fee is 100 EGP, and normal delivery takes approximately 2–3 business days after order confirmation.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Customers must comply with the stated conditions and time limits for returns and exchanges.

Warranty

Products are covered by our 1-Year Warranty Policy against eligible manufacturing and movement defects.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, water or moisture, scratches, broken glass, strap or buckle damage, or normal wear and tear.
